track record
Strategy that ships. From the first market read to the system that runs it every day.
Market read, positioning and the plan that turns them into a P&L. Where to play, how to win, what to say no to.
Audience-first growth for products with millions of users — acquisition, retention loops and community as a channel.
Taking products from concept to market: platform moves, mobile ports, new titles and launch campaigns that land.
Processes and software that make the strategy run on a Tuesday — ERPs, dashboards, workflows teams actually use.

One studio, five worlds. Roleplay MMOs on PC and mobile — I joined in 2018 to run marketing and now set the strategy across all of them.
Five moves, every engagement. Same discipline whether it's a game with a million players or a body shop on Sepulveda.
— diagnose
Before any deck: I use the product the way a customer does — play the server, book the repair, rent the RV — and find where the experience breaks.
— research
Competitors, audiences and numbers. Where the demand actually is, what it costs to reach, and which advantage is defensible.
— strategy
One page that the whole team can repeat: positioning, priorities, the bets we're making and the metrics that say whether they worked.
— execution
Flexible project management, short loops. Campaigns, features and processes go live fast, then get tuned against real data.
— scale
What works becomes a system — dashboards, playbooks, ERP flows — so growth doesn't depend on heroics.

I left university to build in the field I chose. Today I run strategy at Arizona Games and five ventures of my own — same playbook everywhere: live the product as its customer first, then plan.
“We start by studying the product deeply — from the customer's point of view, not only the marketer's — and then run it with flexible project management.”— Illia Siemak, on Arizona Games · OBOZ.UA

Online games, automotive services (collision repair), business software (an AI-assisted ERP for body shops) and mobility (RV rental) — run in parallel, not one after another.
