LOS ANGELES — October 14, 2026. Business strategist Illia Siemak, Chief Strategy Officer of the game studio Arizona Games, today published version 1.0 of ILGI — Integrated Loop Growth Infrastructure, a framework for building business growth as a system of self-reinforcing loops rather than a sequence of campaigns. The full text is available free of charge at siemak.com/method, with a downloadable PDF edition.

ILGI combines three ideas that are usually treated separately: precise audience targeting based on behavior and motivation rather than demographics alone; behavioral triggers mapped onto each element of the classic marketing mix; and growth loops in which every customer creates the conditions for the next one. The framework adds a fourth element that most growth plans leave out — the infrastructure of shared data, metrics, playbooks and software, including AI assistants, that keeps those loops running without depending on individual effort.

“Most companies don't have a marketing problem, they have a system problem. Campaigns end; loops compound. ILGI is the way we learned to build growth that keeps working after the launch is over — and the part I care about most is that it works the same way in a game studio and in a body shop.” — Illia Siemak

Built in practice

The framework grew out of Siemak's work at Arizona Games, which he joined in 2018 as Chief Marketing Officer. At the time, the studio's flagship roleplay server, Arizona RP, peaked at roughly 6,000 concurrent players. By January 2025 it peaked at more than 33,000 on PC — the largest project in its category by a wide margin — and the studio's mobile titles, Arizona Online and Rodina Online, have since passed 9.4 million Google Play installs combined.

Since 2024 Siemak has applied the same principles to a traditional local business: GLG Auto Collision, a collision repair center in Los Angeles that he co-owns and runs, which was profitable from its first month. The infrastructure layer of ILGI is now being built into BodyShop ERP, an operations platform with an AI assistant for collision shops, currently in closed beta.

Siemak first described the precision-targeting principle at the core of ILGI — which he calls the “Sniper” approach — in Ukrainian business media in March 2024. The framework was presented under the ILGI name in November 2025; version 1.0 is its first complete English edition.

What ILGI 1.0 contains

  • Three-layer segmentation — who customers are, what they do, and why they do it.
  • The precision targeting matrix — context, friction, trigger, touchpoint and signal for every segment.
  • 4P+BT — the marketing mix paired with behavioral triggers such as anchoring, social proof and reciprocity.
  • The Chain Impulse Loop — trigger, resonance, conversion, propagation and amplification, measured by a loop coefficient.
  • The trigger library — a living record of what works, for whom, and when.
  • Ethics and limits — an explicit ban on dark patterns and deceptive tactics.
